Role Description: The recruiter will manage end-to-end IT hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and technology-focused roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements, developing effective recruiting strategies, and leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build strong candidate pipelines.

The role also involves conducting technical and behavioral assessments, maintaining accurate applicant tracking records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to support staffing needs for both commercial and government projects while adhering to all relevant employment and compliance standards.





You will be assigned Direct clients/Vendor partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for technology roles.
- Candidates should possess specialized skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to identify and engage qualified technical talent.
- Candidates should possess experience in Hiring processes, including interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Experience recruiting for software, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure positions is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is preferred.
- Understanding of compliance, equal employment opportunity practices, and recruitment best practices in both commercial and government environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
