- Solid hands-on experience as an Architect / Technical Lead within the Oracle technology stack
- Expertise in end-to-end solution design and technical delivery
- Experience with GenAI, RAG, LLMs, AI governance & prompt engineering is highly desirable
- Strong Agile, Jira, project governance, risk & change management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to drive customer outcomes, innovation, quality, and delivery excellence
