Role: Technical Lead PCB Design & Development
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead PCB Design & Development with strong expertise in PCBA Design, ECAD Model Creation, and Siemens Xpedition EDM to lead engineering teams and deliver high-quality PCB/ECAD solutions.
Key Skills
- 12+ years of experience in PCBA Design and ECAD Model Creation
- 6+ years in Team Lead / Engineering Manager roles
- Hands-on expertise in Siemens Xpedition EDM
- Solid experience in PCB Design, Library Management, and ECAD Data Management
- Experience managing and mentoring PCB Designers and ECAD Library Engineers
- Strong client coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with global customers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong understanding of PCB design standards, quality processes,
and engineering governance
- Experience in Oil & Gas Upstream industry is highly desirable
- Project management and resource planning experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PCB Design and ECAD engineering teams.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of PCB designs and ECAD libraries.
- Drive process improvements and engineering workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with global customers and cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support for complex design challenges.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, schedules, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
