About the Role :

We're hiring a Technical Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our software product for enterprise customers - from requirements gathering through UAT, deployment, and go-live.

This is an ownership role: you'll be the accountable lead on every implementation, not a hands-on build engineer, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Support to keep delivery on track and enterprise stakeholders confident throughout.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of the product for enterprise customers.
- Own implementation projects from initial requirements gathering and planning through UAT, deployment, and go-live.
- Translate customer requirements into explicit implementation plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the implementation.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and other internal teams to resolve dependencies and blockers.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
- Run regular project reviews and deliver executive-level updates to customers and internal leadership.
- Engage directly with C-level executives, Directors, VPs, and other senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic, long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Ensure successful UAT, deployment, adoption, and smooth transition to post-go-live/customer success teams.




- Proactively identify risks and challenges and drive them to resolution.

Requirements :

- 4+ years as a Technical Implementation Manager, SaaS Implementation Manager, or Technical Project Implementation Manager, with at least the recent 2+ years at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise clients.
- Direct experience leading end-to-end software/tech product or project delivery.
- External/client-facing implementation experience - this is not an internal project manager role.
- Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to drive successful customer go-lives.
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to C-level executives, Directors, VPs, and other enterprise decision-makers, with a track record of building strategic long-term relationships.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting skills.
- Background at a B2B SaaS product company (not a services/consulting-only background).
- Must currently be the accountable owner of implementation projects in your present or most recent role - primary client point of contact, owner of the project plan and go-live - not a hands-on implementation specialist executing the build.
- Engineering graduate.
