We're hiring: Technical Deployment Lead — Circular Materials & Corporate Partnerships Rural Handmade × SatiQ Concrete Manufacturer Pvt. Ltd.
Most CSR programmes fund activities. We want to build permanent systems.
We convert corporate industrial residues — fly ash, glass cullet, other suitable inorganic streams — into tested circular materials and specification-grade products, manufactured with women-led Self-Help Groups.
The pathway we're building: waste stream → validated material → certified product → corporate procurement → sustained livelihoods.
This role owns that pathway end to end.
What you'd do → Turn ambiguous corporate waste problems into structured pilots with real decision gates → Own testing, certification and batch-level traceability — strength, leachate, acoustic, fire, durability, EPDs → Research prospects through their own BRSR, CSR and ESG disclosures, then build partner-specific proposals → Structure the commercials: CSR grants, paid pilots, tolling, offtake, procurement contracts → Convert pilots into repeat orders and multi-site deployment
Non-negotiable — the two-zone safety model: regulated material stays inside the generator's authorised boundary. SHGs receive only characterised, cleared material. This governs every layout we design.
We're looking for
- 1–10 years across sustainability, technical programme management, industrial BD, ESG/CSR strategy or materials commercialisation
- Technical literacy to interpret test results, not just commission them
- Multi-stakeholder B2B partnerships with long sales cycles
- Credible unit economics and first-principles problem-solving
- Responsible use of AI to extend judgement — never to replace evidence
- Equal credibility in a corporate boardroom and an SHG workshop
- The practical details ? India — hybrid, with regular travel to industrial sites and SHG clusters ? Full time. Senior individual contributor progressing to team lead ? ₹ 15-25 lakh per annum fixed, plus a performance-linked component tied to contracted partnership value.
Our hiring process

Identify a waste stream it generates, the people you would approach, the technical questions you would ask, and the commercial structure you would recommend for the first pilot. 2. Screening conversation with the founder — [30/45] minutes
3. Paid practical exercise on a fictionalised corporate partner scenario. AI tools are permitted; you must disclose how they were used and which outputs you independently verified.
4. Final discussion with Rural Handmade and SatiQ leadership ⏱ We aim to respond to every application within 14 working days and to close the process within 6 weeks.
