StratAgile is looking for an experienced Office Head / Tech Lead to lead our technical delivery while also taking ownership of the Kochi office operations and team.

What we're looking for
- 10–15 years of experience in technology and software delivery
- Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery and technical leadership
- Hands-on experience in at least one technology stack
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
- Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, resource management and delivery
- Ability to manage client expectations, timelines and delivery commitments
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance technical leadership, project delivery and office management
- Experience in managing or supporting day-to-day operations of a technology office/team is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology project delivery and ensure quality and timely outcomes
- Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams
- Manage and mentor the Kochi-based technical team
- Take ownership of the Kochi office, including team coordination, collaboration and day-to-day operational requirements
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders
- Review technical approaches, architecture and delivery plans
- Support resource planning, hiring and team development
- Drive a positive, cooperative and high-performance culture within the Kochi office
- Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of StratAgile's technology operations
