Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of NLP and LLM-based features, from experimentation to production integration.
- Build and fine-tune transformer-based models for language understanding and generation use cases.
- Implement ML workflows in Python using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, including model training and evaluation.
- Integrate Hugging Face models and tooling into application services and inference pipelines.
- Drive technical design decisions for scalable AI solutions, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
Skills Required:
- 5 - 14 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, NLP, and LLM development
- Machine Learning and GenAI/LLM solution development
- Python for AI/ML development and model integration
- Transformers-based NLP modeling and Hugging Face model usage
- Production-oriented LLM/NLP implementation experience
Valuable to Have:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
