Role Description The Team Leader Real Estate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of real estate professionals, allocating leads, tracking performance, and ensuring that sales targets and service standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing brokerage activities, managing client relationships, guiding negotiations, and supporting team members with complex transactions in commercial and residential real estate.

The Team

Leader will coordinate with internal stakeholders, prepare regular reports on pipeline and closures, and ensure compliance with company processes and local regulations.



This position requires active participation in site visits, client meetings, and market research to identify new business opportunities and enhance team effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including client interaction, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Brokerage activities, with experience handling property transactions and advisory services.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and Team Management skills to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate, with knowledge of local market trends and relevant regulatory practices.
- Proven track record in real estate sales or business development, preferably in the Gurgaon market.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
