Can you inspire people while delivering exceptional projects?

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Processing and Imaging team in Mumbai.

In this exciting role, you'll lead a team of talented processing geophysicists, driving both people and project success. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects, setting the standard for excellence, and ensuring our expertise is applied effectively to meet client and business objectives.

Beyond project delivery, you'll foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture, helping your team develop their skills, grow their careers, and share best practices across the wider organisation.

Technically speaking…

You'll hold a degree in Geophysics, Physics, or a related scientific discipline, with strong experience in Time and Depth Imaging.

You must have a proven track record of successfully delivering seismic processing and imaging (PSTM, PSDM) projects for major oil and gas companies such as ONGC and OIL or any other NOC and IOCs as well as demonstrate confident leadership of complex projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
