We are looking for an experienced Team Lead -Medical Coding to lead and manage end-to-end ED coding operations. The role involves ensuring coding accuracy, compliance, productivity, and quality standards while leading a team of coders in a fast-paced emergency care environment.

Experience : 6 - 8 Years

Location : Perungudi, Chennai

Mode : WFO

Looking for Immediate joiners or with short notice

Required - Experience in ED, E/M process

Multi Speciality would be an added advantage looking for candidates from Chennai location

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily ED medical coding operations (Facility & Qualified)
- Ensure accurate coding as per ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers
- Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, CMS regulations, and coding standards
- Manage coder productivity, quality audits,



and turnaround time (TAT)
- Address coding denials, rejections, and payer feedback related to ED claims
- Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and revenue capture
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs and internal quality benchmarks
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports

Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Life Science Graduate
- CPC / CCS / COC certification – Mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of ED coding guidelines and E/M levels
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle and denial management
