We are looking for a hands-on sales leader to build and drive a telephone sales team selling our legal technology software. You will own the number for your team — coaching reps on live calls, sharpening the pitch, keeping the pipeline honest, and stepping in on the deals that need a stronger voice. This is not a desk-and-dashboard role. You will still be on calls, still closing, and still setting the standard your team follows.
What You Will Do
- Lead a team of 4–8 inside sales executives and own their monthly and quarterly targets
- Carry a personal number alongside team targets — you sell as well as lead
- Run daily huddles and weekly pipeline reviews; call out risk early, not at month-end
- Listen in on calls, give specific feedback, and coach on objection handling and closing
- Own the quality and discipline of CRM data across the team — no untracked conversations
- Step into escalations, complex deals, and high-value law firm conversations
- Build and refine call scripts, pitch decks, and objection playbooks based on what is actually working
- Onboard and ramp current hires; identify capability gaps and fix them
- Report weekly on numbers, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy to leadership
- Work closely with marketing and product on lead quality and customer feedback
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years in telephone or inside sales, with at least 2 years leading a team
- Min. 2 years selling software or tech products
- Proven record of consistently hitting individual and team targets
- Experience selling to law firms or legal teams is a strong plus
- Strong coaching instinct — you can diagnose why a rep is missing and fix it
- Excellent spoken English; Hindi is a bonus
- Comfortable with CRM reporting, funnel metrics, and forecasting
- Calm under pressure and steady in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
