Job Requirements

- Project Controlling &
- Accounting: -

Support project financial monitoring, including costs, revenues, and margins; assist in revenue recognition under the Percentage of Completion Method (POCM) and ensure compliance with contractual terms and applicable accounting policies.
- Product Pricing &
- Costing: Prepare product costing and pricing analysis. Support variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Inventory Management &
- Cost improvement: Identify cost optimization opportunities, support improvement initiatives, monitor inventory performance and controls, and prepare savings reports.
- Cash Flow: Assist in preparing the Cash Flow reporting along with rolling 4-week Cash flow projections.

Support Cash Conversion

Cycle (CCC) monitoring and working capital improvement initiatives.

- Reporting - Prepare and report financials, including actuals and forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, variance analysis, and actionable business insights.




- Capex Evaluations - Prepare financial models for projects and support the evaluation of capital investment decisions and applicable government incentives.
- Business Planning - Support the Divisional Finance Head in the Business planning exercise of the division. Perform forecasts, revisions, and simulations, wherever necessary.
- Internal Controls - Support internal control compliance, monitor control effectiveness, and assist in identifying and mitigating business risks.

- Compliance -

Support internal, external, and statutory audit activities, ensuring compliance, timely documentation, and closure of audit findings.

Work Experience

- Qualified CA/CMA with 3+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably a first-attempt qualifier, with experience in a manufacturing workplace.
- Experience in the Percentage Completion Method POCM will be an added advantage.
- Experience in costing, inventory management, project accounting, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Proficient in MS office software
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience in SAP
- Good Knowledge on Contracts review, export businesses, and Forex implications
