About the role-

We are looking for a Teacher Success Specialist / Program Coordinator to manage teacher training, performance, compliance, curriculum coordination, and overall teacher success. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, training, documentation, and coordination skills with a focus on teacher engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities-

- Conduct effective teacher training and onboarding programs.
- Conduct mock training sessions and ensure teachers are fully prepared before demos/classes.
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs and process documentation for teachers.
- Ensure teachers follow company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
- Support curriculum development, review, and implementation.
- Track and submit the monthly class count report for all teachers.
- Monitor teacher performance and provide regular, constructive feedback.
- Conduct monthly teacher meetings to address updates, challenges, and performance.
- Identify teacher concerns and work proactively on teacher engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with the Program,



Support, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Maintain accurate records related to teacher training, performance, compliance, and feedback.

Requirements-

- 1–3 years of experience in Teacher Success, Academic Operations, Program Coordination, Training, or a similar role.
- Strong training and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create SOPs, reports, and process documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and handle teacher concerns professionally.
- Experience in EdTech/online education will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
