Responsibilities

- Provide tax compliance and consulting to privately held companies and high net worth individuals.
- Develop and deliver innovative financial planning ideas that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries.
- Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability.
- Supervise tax professionals’ assignments and manage the day-to-day delivery of tax consulting services to the client.
- Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and providing them with counseling, leadership, and career guidance.

Requirements 7 or more years’ experience in public accounting with an emphasis in High Net-Worth Taxation.

- Degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
- EA pr CPA license Mandatory




- Extensive experience in researching complex tax issues and exposure to a variety of entities and industries.
- Possess a strong desire to learn.
- Solid analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates proactive thinking.
- Experience developing and training senior and associate level professionals.
- Technical skillsets: SurePrep, CCH / GoSystems / Fasttax / Lacerte Software, BNA.
- Research skills like Checkpoint, BNA, Bloomberg, and Written Tax research memos.
- Individual skillset: Hedge Fund / K-1, Good knowledge on International Forms (8938, 5471, 8621, 5472, 8858, 8865), {Gift Tax Return, Form 990 (Not Mandatory)}
