About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to lead our recruitment initiatives and manage day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sourcing niche and leadership profiles, particularly within the financial services sector, and will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder management, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, adept at building talent pipelines, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Additionally, the HR Manager will oversee HR operations such as payroll coordination, employee engagement, and policy implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and statutory requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence our talent strategy and HR practices while working in a fast-paced, professional environment based in Mumbai.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should hold an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.



Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with proven expertise in hiring niche and leadership profiles through direct sourcing and headhunting.

Experience within the financial services, investment banking, merchant banking, NBFC, or consulting industries will be highly regarded. Strong proficiency in HRMS platforms such as Keka, Zoho, or Darwinbox, along with excellent sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various levels, including junior, mid-level, senior, and leadership roles.
- Headhunt niche profiles across sectors such as Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, Private Equity, NBFC, AIF, Trustee Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Technology.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and manage offer processes to ensure timely closures.
- Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor hiring effectiveness and optimize processes.

HR Operations

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
- Draft and issue HR documentation including appointment letters, salary increments, promotions, warnings, and experience letters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records,



HR policies, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and foster a culture of engagement and performance excellence.
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.

HR Strategy & Compliance

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, attrition rates, and workforce planning to support organizational growth.
- Assist in organizational restructuring and manpower planning activities.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable labor laws and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support HR audits and ensure adherence to best practices in HR management.
