? Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Sourcing & Recruiting: Find, screen, and schedule top-tier passive and active talent across tech and non-tech tracks.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand operational headcount needs and job requirements.
- Candidate Experience:



Ensure every candidate receives a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate journey from outreach to onboarding.
- Pipeline Building: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels to keep active candidate talent pools ready.
- ATS & Reporting: Keep our Applicant Tracking System up to date with accurate recruitment metrics and pipelines.

? What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience (Agency or Corporate IT recruitment preferred).
- Location: Chennai (Full-time role).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing techniques, job portals, and interviewing basics.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, with a high drive to meet hiring targets.
