Job Title: Network Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's network infrastructure, systems, and end-user IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of LAN/WAN, Microsoft applications, networking hardware, and Microsoft Azure, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain LAN and WAN networks, including connectivity, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
- Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT and networking issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic access controls.
- Assist with Microsoft Azure administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation of network infrastructure, configurations, assets, and IT procedures.




- Perform system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance.
- Support data backup, security, and basic disaster-recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors when required.
- Ensure IT systems and network infrastructure are secure, reliable, and operational.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation/Diploma qualification in IT, Networking, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network security.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi/access points, and other networking equipment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and basic cloud administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience : 1–3 years of relevant experience in network administration, IT support, or a similar role is preferred.
