We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in workflow automation, scripting, integrations, and ServiceNow platform development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Design workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow.
- Develop and enhance Service Catalogs and Service Portal solutions.
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party systems.
- Good understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
