Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team at 7TechSystems. The primary responsibility will be to manage end‑user desktop and laptop issues and ensure smooth IT operations. The role also includes managing Windows AD, firewalls, antivirus, printers, Wi‑Fi, and networking systems. Additionally, the candidate may be required to work on SAP systems when needed, though the first priority will remain IT support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop support for end‑user issues (Outlook, system performance, printers, Wi‑Fi, etc.)
- Manage and maintain Windows Active Directory (AD)
- Configure and monitor FortiGate Firewall
- Administer Sophos Antivirus solutions
- Troubleshoot and support printers, Wi‑Fi,



and networking equipment
- Support SAP systems if required - Training will be provided. But first priority will be IT support work.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with IT team to improve system reliability and security

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in system administration and desktop support
- Solid knowledge of Windows AD, firewalls, antivirus, and networking
- Hands‑on experience with FortiGate Firewall and Sophos AV preferred
- Exposure to SAP systems is an added advantage
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
