We are currently hiring for the role of an EA with a Leading Real Estate firm based in Navi Mumbai.

Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Director

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Week Off: Sunday Fixed

Salary: Up to 8LPA

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: Minimum 5+ years as Executive Assistant to Director / Senior Management

Industry Preference: Real Estate preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance)
- Handle emails, calls, and official communication on behalf of the Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Maintain confidential documents and records
- Arrange travel, meetings,



and business schedules
- Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks assigned by the Director

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Qualified and confidential handling of information
