The individual in this role will focus on selling insurance products to clients in the US, assessing coverage needs, and recommending suitable policies across health and other insurance lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed product information, preparing quotes, and supporting customers through the application and onboarding process.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams and insurance brokers, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant insurance guidelines. The position requires strong customer service skills, consistent follow-up, and a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.What we're looking for:2–5 years of experience in Insurance Sales / Insurance Broking / B2B Sales / Business DevelopmentExperience in General Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Motor Insurance or Insurance Broking will be preferredStrong experience in lead generation, follow-ups and sales conversionProven ability to achieve monthly sales KPIsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsComfortable working in a US shiftCandidates with US Insurance, US Trucking or US-market sales experience will have an added advantageKey Responsibilities:Generate and convert sales opportunitiesHandle prospective and existing clientsUnderstand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutionsFollow up on leads and quotationsMaintain a healthy sales pipelineAchieve defined sales, conversion and revenue targetsBuild and maintain long-term client relationships Location: Mohali, PunjabShift: US ShiftExperience: 6 Months to 2 YearsEmployment Type: Full-Time
