As a founding member of the fund's investment team, you'll support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, investment analysis, and due diligence on potential portfolio companies and instruments. Responsibilities include monitoring existing investments, preparing periodic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in the development of investment strategies aligned with fund objectives. You'll work closely with senior team members, participate in investor communications, and coordinate with legal, compliance,



and operations teams to ensure regulatory adherence and efficient transaction execution — while also aligning with the group's existing NBFC and fintech platform teams.This role carries SEBI's mandated certification requirement for key personnel on an AIF's investment team, making it a strong launchpad for candidates early in their AIF/fund management careers.RequirementsNISM Series XIX-C (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) certification — mandatory and currently validBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field0–2 years of experience; strong freshers with the certification are encouraged to applyFoundational understanding of capital markets, investment products, and fund structuresWorking knowledge of financial modeling — valuation, scenario analysis, cash flow forecastingAbility to interpret financial statements and market data to support analysisExposure to or coursework in due diligence processes (qualitative and quantitative)Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial analysis or presentation toolsClear written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of AIF regulations, SEBI guidelines, and the Indian investment ecosystem is a plusHigh integrity, ownership, and skilled conductGood to HavePrior internship exposure to PE, VC, or AIF operationsCFA/CA/FRM (pursuing or completed) — advantage, not requiredFamiliarity with NBFC or fintech lending environments
