Applicants can expect to work in a setting that values rigor, client trust, and sustainable financing outcomes.Role Description The Team Lead – Loan Processing & Client Coordination is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role oversees end-to-end loan processing, including documentation review, data validation, and coordination with lenders and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals. The Team Lead will manage two teams handling case files, track application status, resolve operational issues, and maintain transparent communication with clients throughout the financing lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include structuring and organizing loan proposals,



monitoring compliance with lender requirements, maintaining process checklists and MIS reports, and proactively following up to drive disbursals. The role also includes refining workflows, training team members, and supporting management with insights on process improvements and client experience.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in loan processing, documentation management, and case file coordination.Candidates should possess skills in client communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination.Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, basic credit assessment, and understanding of structured financing concepts.Candidates should possess skills in process management, workflow optimization, and reporting (MIS, trackers, and status updates).Candidates should possess skills in attention to detail, data accuracy, and compliance with institutional lending requirements.Relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, capital advisory, or corporate finance operations is beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred; advanced qualifications in finance are an advantage.Ability to lead and mentor a small team, work under timelines, and operate with high integrity and professionalism.
