- 7+ years of IT project management, including 3-5 years leading Oracle E-Business Suite implementations in manufacturing.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes (production, inventory, purchasing, order-to-cash, costing).
- Experience working with distributed, multi-time-zone teams (India, Vietnam, US).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Agile and/or Oracle EBS certifications preferred.
