The role is responsible for managing inventory across raw materials, packing materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, conducting regular physical stock audits, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and ensuring timely recording of all inward and outward transactions.The Inventory Manager will work closely with the procurement, production, sales,



and accounts teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, support production planning, and ensure timely availability of materials. The role also involves improving inventory processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing inventory and MIS reports for management.Qualifications- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or store management in a manufacturing environment.- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and physical stock verification.- Positive analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management software.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple warehouses or locations.- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with procurement, production, sales, and accounts teams.- Experience in the food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is preferred.- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
