Team members are encouraged to share ideas, collaborate across functions, and develop their skills in a supportive, inclusive environment.Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for GADGET CARE’s digital properties. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of onsite work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical and on-page SEO audits, performing keyword research, optimizing site structure and content, and managing link-building initiatives. The SEO Manager will monitor performance via web analytics and SEO tools, prepare regular reports, and translate insights into clear action plans. The role also involves collaborating with content, product,



and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into campaigns, landing pages, and new features.Qualifications- Robust SEO expertise, including SEO Audits and Keyword Research, with the ability to identify technical, on-page, and content opportunities.- Hands-on experience with Link Building and off-page optimization, following ethical, search engine–compliant practices.- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, tag managers) to track and report on SEO performance.- Solid understanding of Marketing principles, including how SEO integrates with content marketing, paid media, and overall digital strategy.- Familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms (e.G., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Similarweb) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (such as Word Press or similar).- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way.- Effective collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects and deadlines.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- Previous experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably in e-commerce, technology, or consumer services, is highly beneficial.
