As volumes scale across all these channels, our warehouse is the engine that keeps every order moving. We're hiring a hands-on leader to run it.The RoleAs Warehouse Manager / Head of Logistics, you'll run the warehouse day-to-day and own all outbound shipments — B2 B/vendor inbound to Amazon and Flipkart, quick-commerce dispatches, and B2 B shipments to offline customers and distributors. You'll be responsible for throughput, accuracy, dispatch SLAs, and cost — and for building and managing the floor team and contract labor that make it happen. This is a warehouse-floor role, not a desk role. You'll report directly to the leadership team.What You'll Do- Own all outbound shipments — plan and execute B2 B/vendor consignments to Amazon and Flipkart (appointments, labeling, ASN/inbound compliance, palletization) and B2 B shipments to offline customers and distributors.- Maximize warehouse throughput — design and optimize layout, slotting, picking, packing, and dispatch flows to push more volume through the same footprint, faster.- Hit dispatch SLAs — ensure same-day/next-day dispatch targets, marketplace appointment windows, and quick-commerce timelines are consistently met.- Manage the floor labor — recruit, organize, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and contract/unorganized labor;
set daily targets and drive productivity and discipline.- Run inventory accuracy — own cycle counts, stock accuracy, GRN/inward, returns processing, and warehouse-to-system reconciliation;
minimize shrinkage anddamage.- Manage logistics partners — coordinate with transporters, 3 PLs, and surface/LTL carriers;
negotiate rates, manageperformance,



and resolve dispatch issues.- Ensure marketplace compliance — meet Amazon and Flipkart vendor/FBA inbound requirements (packaging, labeling, box specs, documentation) to avoid chargebacks and rejections.- Drive cost & efficiency — control labor, packaging, and freight costs;
track and improve cost-per-order and cost-per-shipment.- Build the system — establish SOPs, safety standards, and KPIs;
bring structure and process to the warehouse as it scales.-What You Bring- 6+ years in warehouse operations / logistics / supply chain, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or head role running a warehouse floor.- Direct experience dispatching to Amazon and Flipkart (vendor central / FBA inbound, appointments, labeling, and compliance) — strongly preferred.- Proven people management of large blue-collar / contract / unorganized labor teams — you know how to organize, motivate, and hold a floor accountable.- Throughput and process mindset — you've measurably improved picking/packing/dispatch productivity, layout, or order accuracy.- Strong grasp of inventory control, GRN, returns, and stock reconciliation.- Experience managing transporters and 3 PLs and negotiating freight.- Hands-on, on-the-floor leadership style — comfortable being present in the warehouse daily, not managing from a distance.- Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and comfort with data (Excel/dashboards) to track KPIs.-Nice to Have- Experience in D2 C, e-commerce, or consumer-goods fulfillment with multi-channel dispatch (marketplace + quick-commerce + offline B2 B).- Experience setting up or scaling a warehouse, or implementing a WMS.- Familiarity with quick-commerce (Blinkit / Zepto) dispatch flows.- Lean / Six Sigma or similar process-improvement exposure.Why SOLARA- Own the entire warehouse and logistics function end-to-end, with real authority and direct access to leadership.- High-growth brand with rising volumes across every major channel — a chance to build, not just maintain.- A rapid-moving, execution-focused team that ships every day.
