About the Role We are looking for a Client Service Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable services and packages, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to service completion.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, a customer-centric approach, and a proactive attitude towards achieving results. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads and customer inquiries through calls, Whats App, and other communication channels.Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable services and packages.Explain Flashoot's offerings, pricing, and process to potential customers.Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed ordinate with clients regarding schedules, requirements, and event details.Assign photographers, videographers,



and creators for confirmed bookings.Ensure smooth communication between clients and creators.Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.Resolve client queries and provide exceptional customer service.Achieve monthly booking and conversion targets. Requirements Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.Ability to take ownership and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.Basic computer and CRM skills.Prior experience in customer service, client servicing, sales, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
