This is an excellent prospect for professionals who are enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring freshers, and who want to contribute to building the next generation of skilled medical coders.This role is strictly onsite, requiring trainers to be physically present at the office on a daily basis. If you enjoy sharing knowledge, simplifying complex coding concepts, and shaping careers, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality training sessions in Medical Coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS)Train freshers and entry-level candidates across multiple specialties such as:Radiology & Interventional RadiologySurgery (Multi-specialty)E/M & ED CodingHCC / Risk Adjustment CodingAnesthesiaMedicine Develop and deliver structured training modules, presentations, and practical exercisesConduct assessments, mock tests, and provide detailed feedback to traineesGuide students on real-time coding scenarios and industry best practicesEnsure students understand coding guidelines (AMA, CMS, NCCI, OGCR)Support trainees in interview preparation and job readinessMaintain training records, attendance,
