Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolhapur. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day accounting and tax operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely tax filings, and productive payroll processing. This role includes monitoring team performance, assigning tasks, reviewing work for quality and compliance, and supporting staff with training and guidance.

The Supervisor will coordinate with clients, respond to queries, and help resolve issues related to accounting, taxation, and government procedures. The position also involves contributing to process improvements, maintaining documentation, and supporting business consulting activities.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
- Experience with tax compliance, payroll management, and related statutory requirements.




- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and review work for accuracy and quality.
- Effective communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain financial and tax concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in accounting software and standard office productivity tools.
- Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in an accounting or tax services firm, particularly in a supervisory or team lead capacity, is preferred.
