Key Responsibilities

Mobilization & Outreach

- Engage with alumni to onboard them into relevant upskilling programs

- Connect with local employers and HR networks to generate candidate nominations for training programs

- Collaborate with the centre team for field visits, mobilization campaigns, and community events

- Maintain a database of potential candidates, alumni, and employer contacts

Student Engagement & Support

- Coordinate with trainers and students to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation

- Track and follow up on student learning journeys, including progress on self-paced modules

- Coordinate webinars, online training sessions, and assessments

- Provide reminders and follow-ups for session attendance and course completion

- Maintain communication with students to address concerns and boost participation

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, student progress, and engagement status

- Support in preparing weekly/monthly reports related to mobilization and student engagement

- Ensure data is updated in relevant tracking systems/tools as per QMS or project guidelines

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

Essential





- Graduate in any discipline

- Robust verbal and written communication skills

- Good understanding of the regional language based on the center’s location

- Basic computer skills and digital literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp)

- Basic technical knowledge relevant to training courses

- Comfortable in field outreach, student interaction, and employer communication

- Ability to work collaboratively with training and operations teams

- Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends (with rotational offs)

Preferred

- Experience in student counselling, mobilization, outreach, or placement roles

- Prior work with NGOs or skilling/livelihood programs

Requirements

- Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred).

Past Experience/Skills Required

- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the social service or education sector.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Strong time management skills.
