We are looking for a Student Counsellor to provide guidance and support to students in their academic, personal, emotional, and behavioural concerns. The candidate will conduct counselling sessions, understand students’ needs, provide appropriate solutions, and work closely with teachers and parents to support students’ overall development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual counselling and guidance to students.
Address academic, personal, emotional, and behavioural concerns.
Maintain student counselling records and confidentiality.
Coordinate with teachers and parents when required.
Conduct wellbeing and awareness sessions for students.
Help students build confidence, communication skills, and positive coping strategies.
Required Skills: Empathy, patience, robust communication skills, active listening, and a student-focused approach.
