I’m building a clean-label specialty food brand focused on India’s fasting (vrat) food market — a category with deeply rooted, recurring consumption but still significant room for trust, transparency and contemporary product innovation.

We’re building beyond commodities: from fasting staples like Kuttu Atta, Samak, Sabudana and Makhana to ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat formats, with a strong focus on clean-label processing, zero-contamination standards and a digital-first consumer experience.

We’re now looking for a Strategic Advisor who can challenge our thinking and help us navigate the next stage.

Who we’re looking forA D2C food / FMCG veteran or former operator with a strong network and firsthand experience in building brands.

You should be someone who can help with:

1. Fundraising & Capital Strategy

- Warm introductions to relevant angels, family offices and early-stage VCs
- Guidance on investor positioning and fundraising strategy




- Helping us avoid the mistakes first-time founders make

2. Unit Economics & Valuation

- Pressure-test CAC, LTV, gross margins and cash burn
- Challenge our assumptions and financial models
- Help establish credible valuation benchmarks

3. Cap Table & Deal Structuring

- Advise on the right valuation and dilution at this stage
- Help structure the cap table with a future Series A in mind
- Ensure we don't optimize for today's fundraising at the expense of tomorrow's company

What we’re offering We’re offering advisory equity, depending on the depth of involvement — from strategic introductions to a hands-on “Shadow Operator” role. Reverse-vesting / clawback agreement, 24-month vesting and 3-month mandatory cliff.
