- Identify material and procurement requirements.

- Find, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors.

- Request and compare quotations.

- Negotiate price, quality, payment terms, delivery, and warranty.

- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).

- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

- Ensure purchased material meets required specifications and quality.

- Maintain supplier records and performance reports.

- Control purchasing costs and achieve cost savings.

- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, Finance, and Planning.

- Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, rejected materials, and supplier disputes.

- Monitor pending POs and delivery schedules.

- Maintain proper purchase documentation and records.

- Develop alternative suppliers to reduce supply risk.

- Ensure purchasing follows company policies and approval procedures.

- Receive incoming materials against PO/GRN and verify quantity.

- Coordinate with Quality for inspection of incoming materials.

- Properly store and identify materials.

- Maintain proper bin locations and material identification.





- Issue materials to Production/Departments against authorized requests.

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software.

- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.

- Investigate and control stock discrepancies.

- Prevent material damage, deterioration, theft, and unauthorized movement.

- Follow FIFO/FEFO where applicable.

- Manage obsolete, slow-moving, excess, and rejected materials.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the warehouse/store.

- Ensure safe material handling and storage.

- Prepare stock reports and inventory statements.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Finance, and Planning.

- Monitor warehouse manpower and daily activities.

- Ensure proper documentation for receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
