The Store Officer/ Sr. Office is responsible for managing inventory and warehouse operations in a garment manufacturing environment. The role ensures proper storage, accurate stock tracking, and timely issuance of materials to support uninterrupted production. It also focuses on maintaining inventory control, minimizing losses, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
- Handle material issuance to production as per requisition and production plan.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits / physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain proper store layout and organization for easy access and safety.
- Prepare and update stock reports, bin cards, and inventory statements.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) or other inventory control methods are followed.
- Identify and report damaged, excess, or obsolete materials.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and audit requirements.
- Support implementation of inventory management systems and process improvements.

Academic Qualifications

- HSC
- Concentration/Major: HSC / Graduate in any discipline
