Role Description The Store Manager role at BOMAACHI is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Store

Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and maintaining store standards. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Manager monitors stock levels, coordinates with internal teams on replenishment and promotions, and implements retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves tracking store KPIs, preparing basic sales reports, resolving escalated customer concerns, and fostering a positive,



inclusive work environment aligned with BOMAACHI’s brand values.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a positive in-store experience.
- Should be knowing Tally software for book keeping and basic accounting,
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, managing daily operations, and handling inventory and merchandising.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion/apparel environments; streetwear experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced setting.
- Comfort with basic sales reporting and use of point-of-sale and inventory systems.
- Availability to work flexible store hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
