Role Description This is a full time, on-site Steward role based in Delhi, India. The Steward will support daily restaurant and hotel operations by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas, handling dishwashing and equipment cleaning, and ensuring proper storage of tableware and service tools.

Responsibilities include assisting service staff with table setup and clearance, restocking supplies, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.



The Steward will follow safety and sanitation standards, help manage waste disposal, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The role may also involve supporting basic food and beverage service during peak hours.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including basic service standards and handling of tableware.
- Experience or familiarity with Food Service tasks, such as clearing tables, assisting service staff, and coordinating with the kitchen.
- Ability to participate in Training and follow standard operating procedures, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in hotels or restaurants is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic education and proficiency in local language; understanding of English is an advantage.
