- Design, develop and implement IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Customize Sterling OMS configurations to meet business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in Sterling OMS, providing timely resolutions.




- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Document technical specifications and development processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Sterling OMS.

Required Skills

- Experience of 10 to 15 years as a Sterling OMS Developer.
- Strong understanding of order management processes.
- Experience with Java, XML, XSLT and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
