Job Prospect – Station Manager | Ahmedabad Airport

We are seeking an experienced Station Manager to oversee the operations of a foreign airline operating scheduled flights from Ahmedabad Airport (AMD).

Position: Station Manager

Location: Ahmedabad Airport (AMD)

Experience: 5–10 years in a similar airline/airport operations role

Salary: As per market standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day station operations and ensure smooth flight handling.
- Coordinate with ground handling agencies, airport authorities and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with airline, DGCA, BCAS and airport requirements.
- Monitor passenger, baggage, ramp and other ground-handling activities.
- Manage irregular operations and operational disruptions effectively.
- Maintain high standards of safety, service quality and operational efficiency.




- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with the airline’s management team.

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in airline station management, airport operations or a similar role.
- Experience with scheduled international airline operations will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of airport and airline operational procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
