Role Name- Senior Technician/Officer (Centre for Design & Technical Excellence)
Role Description To assist in conducting routine tests on uPVC doors & windows, and hardware in the testing laboratory, ensuring accurate data collection and supporting senior engineers in product validation.
Reporting to Senior Executive (D&D;)
Qualification ITI/Dip. In Mechanical or Civil
Responsibilities Heads KRA (Key Result Areas) KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
- Assist in sample preparation, fabrication, and installation for lab testing.
- Carry out basic performance tests (air leakage, water penetration, wind load, hardware durability, etc.) under supervision.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
- Record test observations, measurements, and maintain log sheets accurately.
- Support calibration and upkeep of lab tools and instruments.
- Follow test procedures, safety guidelines, and reporting formats as instructed.
- Provide assistance to design team for product trials and validation.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the testing laboratory.

Knowledge Experience:
- Knowledge & Hands-on Experience in Fabricating uPVC Windows/Doors.
- Proficiency in Fixing Hardware, Accessories, and Plastic Components.
- Operational Skills in Handling Window Fabrication Machines.
- Knowledge & Hands-on Experience in Installation of uPVC Windows/Doors. Total Experience:
