Role Description The Sr.

Training

Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for frontline and operational teams to ensure consistent product quality, service standards, and customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs analysis, creating training content and modules, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and maintaining training documentation and reports. Executive will collaborate closely with operations, HR, and store/kitchen leadership to align training with business goals, support performance improvement,



and drive adherence to standard operating procedures. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, coaching team members, and supporting new location launches or process changes with structured training plans.

Qualifications

- Solid training design and delivery skills, including experience in creating training modules, conducting workshops, and facilitating on-the-job learning.
- Competence in performance evaluation and coaching, with the ability to assess skill gaps and provide constructive feedback to diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage participants at different levels of the organization.
- Good organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining training records, reports, and tracking attendance and outcomes.
- Experience in food retail, QSR, hospitality, or FMCG operations is highly beneficial, especially in roles focused on service standards or quality.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital training platforms for content creation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, travel to different kitchens or outlets as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in Training, HR, Hospitality, or Business Management is an advantage.
