A Senior Security Officer protects premises, assets, and personnel by leading security operations, managing surveillance systems, and enforcing safety policies. They act as shift commanders or team leads, bridging the gap between front-line guards and security management. Key Responsibilities

- Supervision & Leadership: Oversee daily security operations, train junior staff, and conduct shift handovers.

- Incident Management: Respond quickly to emergencies, alarms, and breaches, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services.

- Access Control: Monitor entry points, manage visitor logs, and enforce security protocols to deter unauthorized entry.

- Surveillance Operation: Regulate and manage surveillance systems (CCTV), alarm panels, and key control registries.

- Reporting:



Document daily activities and produce comprehensive incident reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Typically 2+ years of prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement.

- Certifications: First Aid, CPR, and specialized security or fire safety training are highly valued.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to endure long shifts, patrolling, and rapid physical responses to incidents.

- Core Skills: Keen situational awareness
