We are looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer – Back-end who is passionate about building scalable

AI-driven systems and has strong hands-on expertise in Python and Django.

Role Overview

As a Senior GenAI Engineer – Back-end, you will design, develop, and optimize AI-powered backend systems and APIs that support intelligent product features. You will work closely with product managers, AI/ML teams, and frontend developers to build scalable and secure GenAI applications.

This role requires strong backend engineering fundamentals along with practical experience in integrating and deploying Generative AI solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Python and Django
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for AI-powered applications
- Integrate LLMs, GenAI models, and AI orchestration frameworks into backend systems
- Develop intelligent workflows using tools such as LangChain, vector databases, and prompt pipelines
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-enabled applications
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy and monitor machine learning and GenAI models
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews,



and technical mentoring
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system observability and monitoringRequired Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django
- Experience building scalable APIs and backend systems
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM integrations
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and system design
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar GenAI frameworks
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and scalable deployment architectures
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Familiarity with AI observability, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
- Exposure to HRTech, SaaS, or enterprise product environments
