Role Description The IT International Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The individual in this role will identify and pursue international business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle for IT services, and build strong relationships with clients across global markets. Daily tasks include prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product and service presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts,



and following up to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with technical and project teams to align client requirements with SigmaIT’s software, web, and mobile solutions, as well as maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The person in this position will be expected to meet sales targets, stay informed about industry trends, and represent the company professionally at online and in-person meetings with overseas clients.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology with the ability to understand and explain software, web, and mobile solutions to international clients.
Experience or familiarity with Network Administration and Network Security sufficient to discuss technical capabilities and address client queries.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting to support clients in resolving basic technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for complex problems.
