Role Description This is a full time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Chennai. The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and visual assets for video content, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and animating designs, collaborating with production and creative teams, preparing assets for video editing, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials. The role also involves refining storyboard ideas, optimizing graphics for different formats,



and meeting project deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
Qualifications

Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
Experience with Video Production workflows and collaboration with editing teams.
Proficiency in visual design disciplines such as Graphic Design and creating Graphics.
Advanced skills in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Ability to interpret creative briefs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and design work relevant to advertising or branding.
Preferred: Diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field, and experience in agency or studio environments.
