Role Content Developer – Product Marketing & Communications
Location of Requirement : TCS Mumbai, Olympus, Thane

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Robust research and analytical abilities.
5. Familiarity with SEO principles and web publishing platforms.
6. Familiarity with Instructional Design Approach.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Good-to-Have
• Experience with visual content creation (graphics, video, etc.)
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
• Understanding of content marketing and digital advertising strategies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team





Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Develop high-quality content for product websites, landing pages, brochures, product sheets, case studies, blogs, newsletters, presentations, and digital marketing campaigns
2 Create product launch communication materials, feature rollout announcements, release notes, customer advisories, emailers, and adoption campaigns
3 Translate complex product features and functionalities into simple, customer-friendly and business-focused messaging
4 Develop sales enablement collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, solution overviews, and customer success stories
5 Create engaging content for social media campaigns, webinars, customer outreach programs, events, and thought leadership initiatives
6 Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all customer touchpoints and communication channels
7 Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Delivery, U
