Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for the Head – Digital/Online Sales – General Insurance. The role involves leading the digital and online sales function, including developing and executing strategies to grow general insurance sales through web and mobile channels. The individual will oversee digital sales campaigns, optimize customer acquisition and conversion funnels, and collaborate with product, marketing,



and technology teams to enhance online offerings. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance dashboards, analyzing web analytics, improving user journeys, and ensuring alignment of digital initiatives with overall business objectives. The role also includes managing and mentoring the digital sales team, driving digital transformation initiatives, and overseeing key projects from planning through execution.
Qualifications
