Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bhopal, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves designing, implementing,



and monitoring CSR strategies and programs aligned with MPRDA’s focus areas, including digital health, climate action, and community development. The CSR Manager will coordinate with corporate partners, government bodies, and community organizations to develop impactful projects, prepare proposals, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with CSR regulations and reporting requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, organizing employee volunteering initiatives, conducting impact assessments, and preparing presentations and reports for internal leadership and external partners. The role also requires regular field visits to project sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility and Project Management skills, with experience in designing and executing CSR programs.
