We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser with 2+ years of experience in women's wear to manage the merchandising process from product development through production and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end merchandising for women's wear collections.
- Coordinate closely with designers, production teams, vendors, and factories throughout the product lifecycle.
- Handle product development, sampling, costing, and production follow-ups.
- Regularly visit factories and manufacturing units to monitor sampling and production progress.
- Ensure samples are developed accurately and according to design, quality, fit, and construction requirements.
- Track sampling timelines, approvals, revisions, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with factories and vendors to resolve production and sampling-related issues.
- Follow up on fabrics, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.
- Maintain detailed T&A; (Time & Action) calendars, production trackers, and order records.




- Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet the required standards before dispatch.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of orders while maintaining quality and cost targets.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably within women's wear.
- Prior experience working with factories, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Solid understanding of sampling, product development, production, and quality control.
- Ability to independently manage the merchandising process from development to delivery.
- Strong follow-up, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel/visit factories regularly as required.
- Good understanding of women's wear construction, fabrics, trims, and production processes.
