About Ticketsque
TicketsQue is a two-sided platform for the events and hospitality industry. On the B2B side, we equip pubs, venues, and event organizers with tools for coupon management, cashless F&B;, ticketing, WhatsApp self-ticketing, reservations, loyalty, and guest data. On the B2C side, we run an event commerce marketplace where customers discover, explore, and buy tickets to the best events happening around them.
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on B2C Growth & Marketing Intern to help scale our event marketplace. You'll own two connected charters: bringing more events onto the platform (supply) and driving discovery of those events through content and social media (demand). This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys talking to people, creating content, and seeing their work go live on social media within the same week.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Event Acquisition (Supply Side)
• Research and build a lead list of upcoming events, pubs, venues, and organizers across target cities and categories
• Conduct cold calls, emails,



and DM outreach to pitch event organizers on listing with TicketsQue
• Follow up with warm leads and close event listings — collecting event details, banners, pricing, and terms
• Coordinate with organizers to ensure event pages go live accurately and on time
• Maintain a lead tracker (CRM) from first contact through to a live listing
2. Content Creation
• Design event posters and creatives using AI tools for every listed event
• Write short blog posts and event spotlights (e.g. weekly “what's happening” roundups)
• Draft engaging captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform
• Repurpose content provided by organizers into platform-ready assets
3. Social Media & Promotion
• Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Publish regular posts and stories promoting live and upcoming events
• Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for select events using our in-house campaign tool
